Central Oregon Wellness Connection Director Regina Callahan has been in the healing profession for over 25 years, serving as both practitioner and instructor of therapeutic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, yoga, and meditation. She has always valued being a resource to her clients, students, and friends. Regina has a way of bringing people together, whether it is river rafting trips, bodywork classes, or dinners with friends.

She sees Central Oregon Wellness Connection as a natural expression of her deep appreciation for community and connection. COWC combines her main passions - connecting with people, health and education. She feels it is an honor to serve the Healing Arts community of Central Oregon by creating this directory.

Husband, partner, and Graphic Design Coordinator for COWC, Burt Hardin brings life to the directory through his editing, graphic design, and digital illustration background. Burt, owner of i4 Graphic & Web Design, is a retired engineering geologist with a certification in geographic information systems and 20 years technical illustration experience. His supporting role with COWC is a “perfect fit” that has lead to new connections and a growing community.

In their spare time, Regina and Burt can be found enjoying the natural playground of Central Oregon in hiking boots, on bicycles, skis, or snowboards.
